Everything was good, so where lovely views over the gardens. The location was excellant, for example, Melbourne Museum was relatively close to the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, super close walk to Imax Melbourne Theatre. Workers were fantastic friendly. - the room was tidy and generous-sized, complete with bedrooms upstairs as well as balconies.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of the hotel's common areas. The lush carpets and beautiful artwork really gave it a touch of sophistication. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and conveniently located elevators. It made getting around much easier and more comfortable.

I would have loved to see more activities or programs specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have something organized, like group outings or gentle exercise classes.
